I recently signed up as a Beachbody Coach, and one of the recommendations for building a thriving business is reading/listening to personal development, and The Compound Effect was the first book recommended.

I thought it was really interesting and had some great thoughts on how small, consistent actions can lead to big results after time.

I haven’t completely put the suggestions into action, but I definitely got some great ideas for the future. I think this is a great book for people to read because it can be applied to normal things, like getting out of debt or getting fit, as easily as it can be applied to business.
